The meaning of life is the same for animals than for humans?

My philosophical question is about how different, animals, can thing from persons. How we live in the same planet and space but maybe they think in a different way. I said maybe because we don't really know how and what they think because unfortunately dogs or any other animals don't use the same language than us, and that is why we don't know how they can have other opinions.
I have this question because I have a dog and I want to know how he thinks and what is his opinion about how we act and all the things that happen around us. One of the reasons of why I'm interested is because I want know how they see the dimensions of the things and what is their opinion of the humans from their point of view. Also how they describe life and what is the meaning for them.

Què és exactament l'autoestima? Metafísiques.  Self-esteem is confidence in one's own worth,  it predicts certain outcomes, such as academic achievement, happiness, satisfac tion in marriage and relationships...  In this photo my self-esteem was on top so I felt happier and cuter than ever; as much as on the and the outside. For me, having my self-esteem on top means to accept yourself as you are, with your imperfections and your problems. Knowing how to manage them and finding happiness in it. Beauty is based on what goes trough our eyes. For example in mi picture i’ve thought that sunset colours , like yellow, orange, red...Tend to atract people because of the powerfull highlight they create. Furthermore, other colors like gray,black, white ... Don’t  have the same impact. When we are born we are human beings with no opinion, with no preferences and with no worries. As we get older, we adapt our tastes and opinions to our environment. For example: if you were born into a Muslim family, it is more common for you to be part of that religion. If you live in a society where skirts and dresses are meant for girls, you will hardly see a boy with a skirt and if you live in a country where women are inferior to men you will think that is normal. In conclusion, I believe that at birth you are instilled with ideas and values ​​depending on the society in which you live in. Parents and the environment are the most influential on our personality and way of looking at life. In a way, we can say that we are born predestined to have certain ideas and opinions. Alèxia Codina
