Ens obliga realment a creuar?

Is this photo really forces us tu cross the street? For one hand yes because they are saying that
if do you want to cross the street you must do it when the person it’s green. But if you are
walking in the street and you see this green person nobody forces you to cross the street. So
this photo it’s to logic because the says you that you need to cross the street when the person
is green but if you don’t want to cross the street you don’t need to do it.
